As a staff team we are committed to continued professional development and work closely with outside agencies to identify, lead and deliver innovating treatments to ensure client satisfaction, business growth and development at all times.

At Beauty Central UK client feedback is both welcomed and valued through our web site and social media pages and not only acts as a way no to pass compliments/ complaints but gives us valued feedback on the services we provide and an insight into client experience, we invite service users to leave feedback via our website and through our consultation/ follow up process we actively seek the views of our clients and record our findings.

Arrangements for dealing with complaints

At Beauty Central Limited we are committed to providing a high-quality service to all who receive our treatments but we acknowledge and are excepting of the fact that despite our staff’s best efforts, clients may occasionally not be completely satisfied with the service we offer and ultimately respect the clients right to complain, therefore all clients our advised of our complaints policy as part of their initial consultation and in event of them raising a concern/complaint they will be issued with a full copy of our complaints procedure giving them details of who and were to contact to raise a complaint and the response they can expect to receive.
